Body Flex

This week I signed up for a YMCA membership and today I took their Body Flex class. It’s a weight training session, which is great for people like me that don’t lift very often. I want to start lifting twice a week and doing cardio 3 times a week.

You may have heard that muscle weighs more than fat, but did you know that 1 pound of muscle equals 4 POUNDS OF FAT? That’s crazy. Our instructor told us that today and it’s definitely motivation to build muscle so I can burn the fat!
