Dinner For One

I made a delicious dinner for my boyfriend and I tonight. The chicken marinated all day in Caribbean flavors. Fresh red and green onions were whipped in to the mashed potatoes and cauliflower. But, the boy had to work late. So there I was enjoying my fabulous dinner with a Cosmo. Oh well, it tasted wonderful and I read about men… that’s pretty much the same thing, right?
