Almond Joy Oatmeal Recipe

This is healthy version of the Almond Joy candy bar for breakfast! It’s kind of dessert, but it’s actually quite healthy if you don’t go overboard on the portion size.


Almond Joy Oatmeal
Adapted from Cookin’ Cowgirl – serves 1
1 C quick oats
2 Tbsp hazelnut coconut milk (because I didn’t have almond milk)
2 Tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened
2 Tbsp sliced almonds
2 tsp dark chocolate chips
Microwave the oats for one minute. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips, almonds, and a bit of shredded coconut on top. Enjoy!
