I Got a New Job & Start in a Week!
I GOT A JOB OFFER LAST WEEK! The telecommunications company that scouted my resume officially hired me last week. I start on Monday – one week from now and I can’t be more excited and nervous. It’s a sales job with a lot of growth opportunity. I’m nervous that I won’t be good at sales, but I am so excited about the prospect of being successful at sales. Funny how that works, huh? I am confident that I can work hard, learn from mistakes, and build on my successes to do well.
Sign in my old office that I need to take home this week. Inspiring me to move on!
I think I’m more nervous because I get paid a small base salary and then commission. Commission. As in not guaranteed. As in I don’t deal well with uncertainty.
