Two Strand Freshwater Pearl Necklace
I love pearls and recently our local bead store received a large shipment of assorted pearls. I may have went a little overboard, but that’s the beauty of pearls. They never go out of style because they make such classic, elegant jewelry. This particular piece is for sale in my Etsy shop in the Jewelry section. If you make jewelry and want to create something similar, see the instructions below.
Instructions
I made this necklace by knotting the freshwater pearls and clear fire-polished beads on a shorter silk cord and a separate longer silk cord. Each end of the silk cord had a clam shell bead tip. I attached the chain to the four clam shell tips (two for each silk strand). The last step is to attach the lobster clasp to the other end of the chain.
I buy my jewelry supplies from our local bead store, Amazon (specific store items found here), or Etsy.
